CPGR
Proteomics
Our Proteomics services allow for the characterization of molecular phenotypes by assessing the dynamic state of the proteome (and metabolites) as they respond to changes in environmental factors or even gene expression levels. We offer cutting-edge solutions for in-depth analysis of cellular proteins and metabolites, enabling a profound understanding of biological systems through untargeted and targeted analysis. Untargeted proteomics is a hypothesis-generating process analysing numerous proteins qualitatively or semi-quantitatively, while targeted analysis focuses on a few proteins of interest with high accuracy when combined with appropriate standards.
Through the D-CYPHR hub, the CPGR facilitates a broad range of protein and metabolite characterization services from sample receiving to reporting.
