Detailed Description and background
The three Bioanalyzer protein kIts differ in their specifications as well as their sample preparation workflows. The P80, P230 and HSP-250 kits cover protein size ranges from 5-80kDa, 14-230kDa and 10-250kDa, respectively. (1) Protein 80Kit-for protein analysis in the low molecular weight range, (2) Protein 230Kit-For general protein analysis up to 230kDa,and (3) High Sensitivity Protein 250Kit- for picogram sensitivity and lowest level of impurity detection.

Service Details
Digital data from the automated analysis of 10 samples in 30minutes.Allows relative and absolute quantitation (semi-quantitative) of individual sample proteins. Eliminates the manual steps required for SDS-PAGE. Only 4 uL of protein sample required per analysis. Data is automatically stored in digital format which can be easily retrieved and shared. Analysis of a large variety of proteins: Cell lysates, column fractions, antibodies and purified proteins. Easy comparison Software electropherogram overlay feature and result flagging enable small differences between samples to be identified. Digital operation: Enables precise observation of experiments. Various data display options: Results shown in gel-like image, electropherogram and tabular formats.

Service Deliverable
An analytical report containing nanodrop results as well as a summary of the Bioanalyzer results is sent to the client. Assay details are provided as a pdf attachement with data algorithm set to kilo Daltons(kDa).

When submitting samples, please indicate the type of sample material and the assay you wish to perform. Samples must be submitted at a concentration of 14-200kDa in a volume of no less than 8ul.
